Let's get straight to it, because that is what price searchers want: numbers. The figures below reflect our portfolio and the Praia market in 2026. Since the escudo is pegged to the euro (€1 = 110.265 CVE), the euro equivalents are exact.
Apartments in Praia
- 1-bedroom — 4.5 to 8 million CVE (€40,800–€72,500), depending on area and condition;
- 2-bedroom — 7 to 15 million CVE (€63,500–€136,000) in central areas; in Palmarejo typically 9 to 16 million;
- 3-bedroom — 10 to 20 million CVE (€90,700–€181,400);
- 4-bedroom and up — from 15 million, with the top of the market (sea view, new build) above 25 million.
